This exercise involves standing upright and leaning back to stretch the stomach muscles. It can help improve posture and relieve tension in the abdominal area.

Standing Lean Back Stomach Stretch Instructions

    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.

    Take a deep breath in and raise your arms above your head.

    As you exhale, lean back slowly, keeping your arms straight and your core engaged.

    Continue leaning back until you feel a stretch in your stomach muscles.

    Hold the stretch for 5 seconds, breathing deeply.

    Slowly return to the starting position, lowering your arms back down to your sides.

    Repeat the stretch 2-3 times, as needed.
